Spring Offerings
Hi friends,
The tulip magnolias are blooming, and the forest floor is soft and green. As you consider your spring calendar, I have some offerings to share with you.
These offerings are layered to provide practitioners with multiple entry points into the dharma, and opportunities for deep community building.
Living Dharma
The Living Dharma Group is a recurring, online practice group for dedicated practitioners. These groups run 8-12 weeks, are capped at 12 participants and ask for a commitment to attend 75-80% of the sessions. This structure allows for deeper relationships to form and encourages a continuity of practice for months at a time. This group can be a helpful bridge between retreats and daily life.
I will be starting two living dharma cohorts in May. They will each run on Friday mornings, one from 9-10 AM and one from 10-11 AM. They will run from May 1 - June 26. I ask that participants commit to attending 7 of the 9 sessions.

Drop-in Classes
The drop-in classes are open to everyone and facilitated by a rotating group of teachers. These classes tend to draw larger, neighborhood-based communities. If you’re looking to meet people, learn about a variety of offerings in your area, and experience different teachers, consider a drop-in class.

Gauging Interest: Morning Drop-in
In addition to the offerings above, I’m also exploring a virtual drop-in — Tuesday or Thursday mornings at 9 AM. If that interests you, I’d love to hear from you.
